Great service Ecxelent food

My wife and I came in about half an hour before they closed. We were served by Marlén, who had a great disposition. She recommended the molcajete which was served on top of green salsa and came with several meats including shrimp, chicken and beef. It also had some cheese and nopales (cactus). Overall a great experience and we will definitely stop by next time we are in Green River!

Pleasantly surprised at how delicious the tacos were. Simple and fresh. If you’re stopping for gas and feeling hungry, don’t wait and give this place a try. The server is friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious.

The Chili Colorado is just as good as my wife’s which is the best in the world! Salsa has great flavor & spice, request some green salsa for your chips if you like it spicier! Really nice family owned restaurant with very friendly service. Don’t skip this one if you’re passing through hungry for som yummy grub!You’ll thank me, Enjoy!

As the sun set a crimson sky abroad the eastern utah wastes we rode into the night upon green river. Kansas started our day today and he in green river i would lay my head. This place stood out. Open on a sunday night at 8, we set out to find food, me, hungry like the wolf and her, looking to bed for the night. La veracruzana was a refresh after a long day. I had the steak rancheros and her, the pollo ranchero. Onions, jalapenos, assorted peppers, and all the assortments that come with. It was great food and i would recommend. Very nice waitress even though it was end of shift as well. Now to bed.

Good food good prices

The taste exceeded our expectations! However we were very unimpressed with how small the entrees were compared to the price paid. We were wondering if they had a locals priced menu and a tourist priced menu.

Incredible authentic dishes. Some I've only had here. Highly recommended when passing through. It's very tasty.

Excellent food and cheap good people and services?

This is a great Mexican restaurant in Green river. The service was friendly and fast, the food was excellent quality and the environment was relaxing. The town of Green River dorsal not have lot to offer but this restaurant is certainly worth a shot.

Fantastic meal here! Very close to the Amtrak Green River platform, this meal did not disappoint! Our train had been delayed nearly two hours and when we asked the only other person getting off here where to eat, she told us she worked here and to give it a shot. It. Was. Amazing!!!! I had the combo plate, cheese enchilada and beef tostada. Portion was large, sauce was layered with rich flavors. And the beef! It was tender like pot roast and generous. Will return! Thank you for the much needed nourishment!

The whole town is run down. Pretty sure there is no restaurant here that I would rate well. No blinds on the windows so the sun was in my husband's eyes. No kids cups, no milk. Food is fine, not bad, not great.

Very nice authentic Mexican food.

This was average food, nothing to write home about. Salsa was just okay. Refried beans were blah. My husband said the Chile relleno was good as was the rice. I had a taco salad which was just okay.

I was super disappointed when I ordered my burrito that was to be served with rice and beans. Well it did not include rice and beans like stated on the menu. 2nd the burritos where so small for $14.99. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. 3rd they want to charge you for chips and salsa........... What sit down Mexican restaurant charges for chips and salsa? Yeah I was not impressed at all with this restaurant.

Good food and good service

Authentic Hispanic food, great flavors and excellent service. Tried their signature dish with chicken, steak, shrimp, pickled cactus, blacked jalopenos, cheese and avocados in green salsa. Enjoy!

Rice and beans did seem to be house-made, as the beans had a deepness to them you don't get from a can and the rice was the right tenderness for Mexican rice with a strong seasoning 👍Steak Ranchero was pretty good, but if I had to be nitpicky, the steak was a bit chewy, which can be hard depending on what cuts of steak you're using.Service was very straightforward and I personally could not care less about service without a smile as I got what I asked as quickly as possible 👍

I never had terrible service like this before.. A female server didn't smile at all.. actually she was very rude. food was not good as well. I will never...never.. go there again.

Salsa that came with chips was AMAZING! Looked forward to an outstanding meal... but was disappointed. Nacho were just regular nachos with nacho cheese sauce (not even real cheese) . Steak ranchero was good but nothing special. Not too many other options in this town.

We arrived in town late and they were just about to close but they invited us in and fed us an excellent meal! Amazing food. Excellent service, friendly! Would definitely recommend.

This place is great. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. The food is amazing. The owner of Sandcreek Campground in Torrey recommended this place.

Good food and reasonable price. They automatically apply 10% tips to the bill, which is much more reasonable than some restaurants applying 18% by default.
